Vansh lost against Avi of Haryana in straight sets

<p>At the current Roots-AITA Challenger Series tournament, Haryana’s Avi Agarwal upset Punjab’s second-seeded Vansh Sharma in straight sets, 6-4 6-3, to go to the boys’ U-18 semifinals.</p>

<p>Rudranshvir Singh was upset 6-0 6-1 by top seed Aadith KA of Tamil Nadu, while Akshit Kumar of Rajasthan was defeated 6-3 6-3 by Vivaan Bidasaria.</p>
<p>While third seed Umang Singh easily defeated Jahaan Jolly 6-0 6-0, Punjab’s Prabh Sifat Singh advanced as well, winning 6-2 6-4 against Rudra Deva Bhai. Armaan Pujara defeated Gujarati player Jayvir Panwar 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 in a thrilling comeback.</p>
<p>Harman Singh was beaten 6-0, 6-1 by Kshitij Sinha in the boys U-16 quarterfinals. Aarav Bhasker was upset by top-seeded Lakshya Dhiman without dropping a set, while Sifat was defeated 6-2, 6-4 by Vivaan Bidasaria. Harsh Marwaha defeated Rajasthani Neil Solanki 6-6, 6-0, with ease.</p>
