The Tribune-organized exhibition has played a pivotal role in uniting prominent figures within the real estate sector. With a wide variety of options, from luxury to mid-range properties, the area has seen a rise in serious developers joining the market to meet the various demands of buyers.

Exhibition goer Naman Rana said, “The expo has been eye-opening.” My home search has become considerably more educated thanks to the wide variety of real estate possibilities and the opportunity to speak with developers directly. It provides a window into the changing housing market in the tri-county area, not merely an exhibition.

The Zirk, DDA Delhi Mall Complex, Forest Hill Resort, Family Nest, Credai Punjab, Das Associates, Omaxe Group, PCL Housing, AIPL, Royal Estate, Bhutani Infra, Tara Devi’s Enclave, EL Spazia, Escon Primera, Manohar Infrastructure, Hampton Sky Realty Ltd., Divine Home, Orbit, Janta Land Promoters Ltd., and prestigious banks like Canara Bank, IDBI Bank, and SBI were among the notable exhibitors at the expo.

More than 60 walk-ins and a spike in investor interest in arranging residential queries were recorded by Royal Estate on the last day. With its first-ever participation, AIPL effectively carved out a position for itself in the city, drawing in over 60 walk-ins for residential and commercial projects around Punjab.

With over 80 walk-ins, Tara Devi’s Enclave, which focuses on residential developments in Shimla, got an astounding reaction, indicating the rising demand for hill station real estate. With regard to their New Chandigarh project, Das Associates reported receiving more than 200 walk-ins, indicating a preference for planned buildings.

With a focus on farmhouse and villa developments, Forest Hill Resort received eight to ten requests for site inspections. The 2,000-acre resort provides a continuous tract of land with resorts, a golf course, bicycling and hiking paths, and ecotourism projects.

In addition to seeing fruitful exchanges between exhibitors and attendees, the last day brought to light the evolving patterns in consumer inclinations about planning and distinctive real estate offers. Upon its conclusion, The Tribune Real Estate Expo 2024 had a lasting impression on the real estate scene by acting as a spur for expansion, creativity, and cooperation within the tri-state area.
